Jackson Fiorini is a London restaurateur and hospitality entrepreneur with more than 25 years of experience in restaurants, pubs, events and catering. After arriving in Britain from Brazil in 1994 and beginning his hospitality career as a kitchen porter, Jackson went on to become part of the family behind The Tapestry Tapas Bar in Mortlake and The Pottery Tapas Bar in Kingston upon Thames.
